Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information IFF Productions LLC ("IFF Productions," "we," "us") collects through this website, iffproductions.com, and how we use and protect it. We keep this short because we collect very little.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the IFF Productions marketing website only. The products we build are governed by their own, separate privacy policies:

Information we collect
We only collect information in two situations: when you contact us, and the minimal data any web server records.

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this site. We do not buy, sell, or rent personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To respond to messages you send us and to discuss potential or ongoing work.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- To comply with our legal obligations and keep ordinary business records.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website; where you contact us about a project, processing is also necessary to take steps at your request prior to any engagement.
Service providers we share it with
We rely on a few trusted providers ("sub-processors") to run the site. They only handle data on our behalf:

Cookies & local storage
This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a small local storage value (iff-theme) that remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of a working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. You can ask us to delete your message at any time (see below).
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, email us athello@iffproductions.com and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law. You won't be discriminated against for making a request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where data is processed
We are based in the United States, and the information described here is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made reasonably prominent.
